Lesson 24: Inflection Of Pronouns For Objective Case

Grammar Lesson 24 - Inflection of Pronouns for Objective Case
"Case is the relation of a pronoun to the other words in a sentence. Like nouns, pronouns can be Subjective, Objective, or Possessive.  In this lesson we'll focus on the Objective."

Marie has spotted a pod of orcas swimming up the Discovery Passage in front of her cottage. As she watches them through her binoculars she explains that the Objective Case of Pronouns refers to the direct object of the verb, the indirect object of the verb, and the object of the preposition. She lists some commonly used objective pronouns, and then provides sample sentences that showcase examples of the direct object, the indirect object, and the object of the preposition.
