Lesson 25: Interjections

(3:50)

InterjectionsThe moon is full, the stars are out, the crickets are singing and the bonfire is crackling. It's a perfect late summer evening for a wiener cookout. "An interjection is a word or sound that we use to express or vent a strong feeling." As Marie roasts hotdogs and toasts marshmallows over the fire, she explains what interjections are, provides examples, and teaches us the two different ways they can be punctuated.
